Question: How long do I have to wait until my account is confirmed?
Answer: Well, we are doing our best to reply to you within 24 hours from the account creation.

Question: How do I transfer my data from one device to another?
Answer: The transfer process is simple and straight forward. Normally, if you know the access credentials to your account, you just need to navigate to the "Already have account" section. Answer: In order to create a group, you will have to ask this from the dispatch. The group creation is nearlly instant and it allows you to work with your fellow HSSE involved group.
